These SaaS Terms of Service and end-user terms govern access to the public AGROSCOPS services unless a separate written agreement applies. Effective 7 October 2026.
AGROSCOPS services
AGROSCOPS provides Farm Intelligence, Plot Analysis and related environmental decision-support services. Features, data availability and service packaging may evolve.
Accounts and authorised use
You are responsible for information supplied through your account, maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials, and using the service only for lawful and authorised purposes.
Decision support
AGROSCOPS outputs are decision-support information. They do not replace professional agronomic inspection, legal title review, cadastral verification, licensed survey, engineering, geotechnical investigation, regulatory approval or other professional diligence where those are required.
Intellectual property
AGROSCOPS software, interfaces, reports, branding, methods and associated intellectual property remain owned by or licensed to Verdantraz Bio Private Limited. Users may use service outputs for their permitted internal or transaction-related purposes but may not reverse engineer, reproduce the platform, defeat access controls or systematically extract proprietary methods.
Subscriptions and enterprise agreements
Pricing, subscription duration, permitted use, support and any enterprise commitments are governed by the applicable order, plan or written agreement. Contract-specific terms take precedence where expressly stated.
Limitation
Earth-observation, environmental and forecast information can contain gaps, delays and uncertainty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGROSCOPS is provided subject to those inherent limitations and is not a guarantee of a particular agricultural, property, financial or environmental outcome.
Applicable law
These public terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any different jurisdiction expressly agreed in a written customer or enterprise contract.
