Acceptable Use

This policy describes uses of AGROSCOPS that are not permitted. Effective 7 October 2026.

Permitted use

Use AGROSCOPS for legitimate agricultural, property, environmental, research, institutional and related decision-support purposes within your authorised access.

Prohibited activity

Unauthorised access to another user, farm, plot or account.
Attempting to bypass authentication, security or usage controls.
Reverse engineering or systematic extraction of proprietary platform logic.
Automated scraping that materially burdens or reproduces the service.
Uploading malicious code or interfering with service availability.
Using AGROSCOPS for unlawful surveillance, fraud or other illegal activity.
Misrepresenting AGROSCOPS outputs as statutory, legal or professional certification.

Enforcement

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, intellectual property or security, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
